Editorial Policy
Authors are invited to submit papers that fit into any of the four sections. Paper submission can be made online or by snail mail to the address provided under Paper Submission > Snail Mail Submission. We aim to provide authors with a first decision within 90 days of paper submission. Contributions will be refereed by an independent referee as well as by one of the editors or an editorial board member.
